The breakfast looked good hot and inclusive, with a great view of Southend Pier, unfortunately we didn't have time and didn't try it. The venue was in a central location right by the centre, pier and town centre and shops, pier, bars and clubs. We was surprised at nearby Lena's Cafe, they had some goodies, drinks.
